Return, Replacement and Store Policy

Please order only if you need the product.
Do not accept the parcel from the courier company if the parcel is tampered or open.
Also make a video while opening the parcel and the box inside, without video no replacement will be given. We nee the video so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company, if there have been a theft or damaged during transit.
No Exchange and no Refund on COD orders.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or wrong item delivered.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns.

Defected item

If the item that you received is defected report to us withing 2 working days by sending an  email on _________, we will replace the product after receiving the product from your end. We can’t offer you a exchange if 2 days have passed.

Note : Please attach the video while opening the parcel and the product so that there is no discrepancy. By doing this both parties will be sure that the product that you have received was damaged/defected.

Note : The product should be in its original packing as it was received.

Tempered Glass: We use double layer packaging to make sure that the product reaches you in proper condition. For tempered glass we do not provide replacement if you do not apply it properly. If there are bubbles during application we are not responsible for it, it entirely depends on application.

Warranty

We sell cases , there is no warranty or guarantee on any of the cases. The wear and tear of of cases entirely depends on how you use it.

For battery case and power bank if there is a defect report to us within 5 days we will replace it.

No warranty on battery case and power banks.

We currently don’t have an option for a reverse pick up and you will be responsible for sending the product to the above address.We refund the courier charges up to Rs 100 for sending the product back to us.
Once the product is cleared by our internal quality control team we will send you a replacement.

Refund policy

We don’t have a refund policy. In case the products are out of stock we will refund the amount in your bank account within 2 to 5 working days.

Non- Delivery

All orders are delivered within 7 working days . If you have done prepaid payment and your order is not delivered within 7 working days , email us at ______ about the non delivery of product.

Cancel My Order

You can cancel your any time you like. Pease be informed that delivery charged will be applied even if you cancel the order as we pay our delivery company as soon as you make payment to us(8-10% of your total order value).

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
